As an “SRES” (Senior Real Estate Specialist), I help older adults and their families communicate and prepare their home for sale. Ultimately my job is to sell the family home, with the goal of easing the burden whether downsizing, moving to a care facility, or selling the family home after the passing of a loved one.
- My first desire is to ensure the senior/older adults' wishes are known, the proper paperwork has been completed, and the family has an open and clear dialogue.
- My team will help with cleaning out the home when the time comes. This process can be daunting, we are here to help organize your belongings, help give keepsake items to the desired person, assist with estate sales or recommend the right services, and finally give items to charity and remove the remaining items.
- My team & I will then prepare the house to get the most money for the least amount of work.
